MINUTES OF SPECIAL SELECTMEN’S MEETING
February 27, 2006 – approved by the BOS 3/15/06
Town Hall – First Selectwoman’s Office – 5:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Present at the meeting were First Selectwoman Cheryl P. Morris and Second Selectman Richard Sullivan. Third Selectman Opie was absent. Also present was Janice Plaziak, Capitol Projects Manager.
Janice Plaziak presented the proposal for radon mitigation work at the Counseling Center.
Motion made by Selectman Sullivan to approve the proposal and award the contract to CT Basement Systems. Seconded by First Selectwoman Morris. Vote unanimous.
Motion made by Selectman Sullivan to adjourn the meeting at 5:08 p.m. Seconded by First Selectwoman Morris. Vote unanimous.
