The RTM Rules & Ordinances Committee met on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at 8:00 PM at Canoe Brook Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road, Branford, CT. Present were Representatives Black, Docknevich, Giardiello, Lavorato, Walker, and Thayer. Representative DeFord was absent. Also present Second Selectman Sullivan, Town Attorney Shelley Marcus, and Assistant Planner Richard Stoecker.

The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
To consider, and if appropriate, approve a request from the Water Pollution Control Authority Superintendent for the following transfer (FY 2006-07):
From: 101-4303-433.33-33 Sludge Disposal $(56,204)
To: 101-4303-433.42-02 Electricity $ 49,800
101-4303-433.42-02 Pump Out Services $ 5,540
101-4303-433.58-02 Uniforms & Clothing $ 864
TOTAL $ 56,204
Per the Water Pollution Control Authority Superintendent, this item will need to be revised at the next Board of Finance meeting. The Committee voted unanimously to continue this item and to hear it as revised at a Special Meeting prior to the October RTM.
3. To consider, and if appropriate, approve Revision of Town Ordinance, Chapter 225 Zoning Citations.
The Committee voted unanimously to approve this measure. Atty. Marcus will make some minor wording changes to the draft ordinance in time for it to be submitted to the RTM at least 5 days prior to the October RTM.
