1.To hear a request from Human Resources Director Joyce Forte for the following transfer:

Rep. Peter Black made the motion, seconded by Rep. Clare Torelli. The vote was unanimous.
2. A request from the Board of Selectmen for the disposal of town owned property located at 32 Acorn Rd.
First Selectman, A. DaRos explained this property is zoned industrial and is in the amount of 2 acres. t will be to the town's advantage to sell it.
Rep Michael Nardella made the motion, seconded by Rep. David Rowe; the Vote was unanimous.
3. A request from the Registrar of Voters for the following transfer (FY08-09):
From: 101-4112-412.61-01 Misc. Operating Supplies ( 3,000)
To: 101-4112-412.12-08 Registars 3,000
Rep Peter Black made the motion, seconded by Rep. Clare Torelli;tThe Vote was unanimous.
4. A request from the Registrar of Voters for the following transfer (FY08-09)
From: 101-4112-412.61-01 Misc. Operating Supplies ( 3,220)
To: 101-4112-412.11-02 Election Workers 3,220
Amendment was made to correct ,from Salaries Certified A.E. to read Election Workers.
Rep Michael Nardella made the motion, seconded by Rep Clare Torelli.
Rep Peter Black voted No. The Vote was 4 to 1 for approval.
5. A request from the Commission of Elderly Services for the following transfer (FY08-09):
From 101-4402-442.11-06 Part-time Salaries ( 5,448)
To: 101-4402-442.10-00 Full-time Salaries 5,448
Rep. Clare Torelli made the motion, seconded by Rep. David Rowe; the Vote was unanimous.
Rep. Peter Black made the motion to Adjourn, seconded by Rep. Clare Torelli. The Vote was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 8:50p.m
