AGENDA
1) Town Engineer Budget Presentation: Town Engineer Plasiak proposed a FY09-10 budget which included an increase in salaries of 3.1%(Town Engineer and Administrative Assistant increases) and a small longevity payment (Engineer). Consulting services were significantly reduced (36.8%). Overall, the budget represented a -1.9%
change from FY 08-09.
2) Animal Shelter Budget Presentation: Animal Shelter director Burban proposed a FY09-10 budget which included a 3% salary increase (including additional weekend kennel cleaner for 3hrs) and slight increases in veterinarian expenses and additional uniform costs. Decreases were proposed in OT (1.1%) and dog food expenses. Overall,
the budget represented a 0.3% increase over FY08-09.
3) Public Works Budget Presentation: Public Works director Massota presented a FY09-10 which included a 5.8% increase in salaries (contractual increases) as well as small longevity payments. Reductions of OT (-3.1%), seasonal help, equipment R&M and various road expenses were also proposed. Overall, the budget represented a
1.1% increase from FY 08-09.

2) Fire- Motion to Approve (Flanigan), Second (Baker), motion passes 6-0.
3) Public Works- Motion to Approve (Flanigan), Second (Baker), motion passes 6-0.
4) Engineering- Motion to Approve (Flanigan), Second (Baker), motion passes 6-0.
5) Animal Shelter- Motion to Approve (Flanigan), Second (Baker), motion passes 6-0.
