The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. at Canoe Brook Senior Center. Present: Reps. Sullivan, Docknevich, Lambert, Sterling; Shirley Rasmussen, John Opie. Absent: Reps. Fowler, Black, Bodner.
Budget Reviews
Planning & Zoning. Shirley Rasmussen presented additional information on this budget, in particular concerning the expenditure of the consulting line. Motion to approve the budget as presented, by Rep. Docknevich, seconded by Rep. Lambert. All in favor (4-0).
Zoning Board of Appeals. Shirley Rasmussen presented additional information on this budget, in particular concerning the expenditure of the travel line, which is used for mileage expenses for the clerk. Motion to reinstate the amount deleted from this budget at our last meeting and approve the budget as presented, by Rep. Docknevich, seconded by Rep. Lambert. All in favor (4-0).
Sewer Assessment Fund/Sewer Assessment Expenditures. This item has been heard by Ways & Means. Motion to drop from our agenda by Rep. Sullivan, seconded by Rep. Docknevich. All in favor (4-0).
