The Administrative Services Committee met to review the proposed departmental budgets for the fiscal year 2009 – 20010 as follows:

Legislative – Marianne Kelly
Town Clerk – Marianne Kelly
Probate Court – John Donegan
Assessors/Revaluation – Barbara Neal
Board of Assessment Appeals – Jennifer Acquino, Clerk, on behalf of Joe Chandler
East Shore Health District – Jim Monopoli
Note: This budget has not been finalized due to State issues
Elections – D. Halley, Marion Burkhard
Counseling Center/Human Services – Pat Andriole
Youth Services – Pat Andriole
Solid Waste – Peg Hall
The Directors of each Town department listed above presented their budgets for 2009- 20010 to the RTM Administrative Services Committee. All members of the Committee relay their thanks and appreciation to all who presented and attended our meeting in order to hear each department’s budget requests and an overview of their department’s activities in support of the taxpayers.
All information presented will be considered when the members of the Administrative Services Committee complete meetings with the other Town departments on Tuesday, April 28th, 2009, at which time it is anticipated that the Committee will vote on budget approval recommendations.
