BUDGET HEARING MINUTES
MARCH 19, 2009
Chairman Joseph Mooney called the budget hearing to order at 7:01 p.m. Other members present were Lorraine Young, Charles Shelton, Jr., Victor Casella, Jeffrey Vailette and Kenneth Kaminsky.
Also in attendance were First Selectman Unk DaRos, Selectman Fran Walsh, Finance Director James Finch, Assistant Finance Director Kathryn LaBanca, Joyce Forte, Human Resources Director, Marianne Kelly, Town Clerk.
Chairman Mooney noted that this meeting location was changed to the Walsh Intermediate School and gave an overview of the budget process and explained to the public the procedure for speaking at the podium.

Mr. Cassella made the motion, seconded by Mr. Kaminsky to adjourn the 2009 budget hearings. The vote was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 11:22 p.m.
