BUDGET HEARING MINUTES
TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2009
Chairman Joseph Mooney called the budget hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. Other members present were Lorraine Young, Charles Shelton, Jr., Victor Casella, Jeffrey Vailette and Kenneth Kaminsky.
Also in attendance were First Selectman Unk DaRos, Selectmen Fran Walsh and John Opie, Human Resources Director Joyce Forte, Finance Director James Finch, Assistant Finance Director Kathryn LaBanca, Marianne Kelly, Town Clerk.
Chairman Mooney gave an overview of the budget process

*Karyl Lee Hall was unable to attend due to illness. Jim Finch gave a brief overview of this budget. Karyl Lee will attend the 3/19/09 budget hearings to finish the presentation.
*Parker Park presenters requested that they be allowed to present their budgets first. Chairman Mooney granted their request.
