Acting Chairwoman Lorraine Young called the budget hearing to order at 7:07 p.m. Other members present were Charles Shelton, Jr., Victor Casella and Jeffrey Vailette. Kenneth Kaminsky and Chairman Joseph Mooney were absent.
Ms. Young explained that Chairman Mooney’s absence was due to the sudden death of a family member, and extended sympathies on behalf of the Board.
Also in attendance were First Selectwoman Cheryl Morris, Selectman Richard Sullivan, Selectman John Opie, Finance Director James Finch, Assistant Finance Director Kathryn LaBanca, Marianne Kelly, Town Clerk and members of the RTM.
