01 Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Chair Marie Watson.
DISCUSSION
02 Continued discussion of parent involvement. Each school’s PTA could come to meeting to showcase what is happening in their school.
03 Parents interest in two things: CMTs and budget, unless there is something district-wide.
04 Discussion of ways to build interest in PTA’s and budget meetings.
05 Moved to recommend to full Board that the Superintendent recommend each school administrator include PTA/parents in development of budget. Next meeting will be Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at 8PM.
