Ms. Paula Gladdys, Human Resources Director, introduced the new teachers:
Christine Bonatti, Grade 3 Teacher at Mary R. Tisko School; Todd Gagliardi, Spanish Teacher at Branford High School; Tracey Baldwin, .5 Math Enrichment Grades 5&6, at Walsh Intermediate School; Laura
Kaiser, .3 Art Teacher at Branford High School; and Suzanne Powers (absent), .5 Speech Language Pathologist at Branford High School.
Taryn Mockus, Board Student Representative for 2007/8 and 2008/9 school years, was recognized by the Board for her service to the Board.
BHS Yearbook was presented to the Board by Morgan Krause and Lauren Hackett, Class of 2009.
Mrs. Mary Peraro, Assistant Superintendent, presented the CMT Reports. Principals Panagoulias (BHS), Goeler (Walsh), Higgins (Sliney), Buono (Murphy), and Rabinowitz (Tisko) discussed their schools’
scores.
SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT
Dr. Halligan gave her Superintendent’s Report. Discussed the numerous summer projects completed at the schools.
