01 Meeting was called to order at 6:31 P.M. by Chairman Michael Krause.
DISCUSSION
02 Special Education Tuition and Transportation Report
Mr. Cavallaro presented the monthly report on the Special Education Tuition and Transportation budget. Some decreases; examine mid-year graduation; realizes some savings; some increases; examine additional para-professional. Approximately 0.5 million deficit currently.
03 Monthly % Expenditure 2008-2009
Mrs. Rosen presented the 2008-2009 Monthly % Expenditure Report.
04 Budget Review 2008-2009
Mrs. Rosen reviewed the status of the education budget for 2008-09. The 2008-2009 budget was discussed.
05 Personnel Report
There was no personnel report.
06 Budget Update 2009/10
Dr. Halligan discussed the 2009/10 education budget.
07 403B Plan Document
Dr. Halligan and Mrs. Rosen discussed the 403B Plan Document. The Committee recommended going to the full Board for approval.
08 Project Graduation Donation
Committee recommended going to the full Board for approval of a donation to Project Graduation of $2,680. ($10/student).
