I. CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 6:35 P.M. by Chairman John Prins.
II. DISCUSSION:
A. BHS Field Trip Request—Model Congress to Princeton College, NJ, on April 9-11, 2009
Teaching & Learning Committee will recommend approval to the full Board for the Branford High School Model Congress field trip request to Princeton, College on April 9-11, 2009.
B. Senior Internship Program at BHS
Dona Richetelli, BHS, gave a PowerPoint presentation and discussion of the senior internship program at Branford High School.
C. Technology Report
Clint Kennedy, Chief Technology Officer, presented his Technology Plan for 2009-2012.
Committee recommended approval for full Board consideration.
D. Assistant Superintendent’s Report
Dr. Mary Peraro gave an update on all areas of her responsibility, including curriculum and professional development. Topics included professional development activities for early release days and update of inter-district committees.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman adjourned meeting at 8:00 P.M.
