The Branford Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 7 pm to conduct public hearings to consider the following applications/variances of the Branford Zoning Regulations:
9/09 – 1. Stuart T. Brainerd, 472-474 Leetes Island Road, Var. Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 8: Rear line setback from 20 ft. to 3 ft. for 200 SF shed.
9/09 – 2. David C. Bassett, 91 Linden Avenue, Var. Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 9: Side line setback from 15 ft. to 10 ft. for 288 SF storage shed.
9/09 – 3. William Albert (Applicant) and Timothy Lonergan (Owner), 30 Toole Drive, Var. Sec. 5.7: Expansion of a Non-Conformity and Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 9: Side line setback from 15 ft. to 6.7 ft. (5.7 ft. existing) for second floor dormer addition.
