-Wayne N. Cooke letters of August 4, 2009 concerning a “Zoning Code of Ethics for Town Hall” (Mr. Cooke will make a presentation.)
3. Old Business – per minutes of July 9, 2009 meeting:
a. Changes in language of the code Section 38-10 requested by the Town Clerk;
b. Another look at Gift dollar amounts;
c. Changes to State law approved by the legislature in the last session.
