The Branford Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Canoe Brook Senior Center, 11 Cherry Hill Road on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 7 pm to conduct public hearings to consider the following applications/variances of the Branford Zoning Regulations:
Old Business:
09/10 – 3. 11 Hosley Avenue, LLC, and Michael Massimino, Applicant/Anthony Massimino, Owner, 11 Hosley Avenue, Var. Sec. 5.7: Enlargement of Non-Conformity; Sec. 42.2: Var. off street parking spaces from required 22 to 19 spaces; Sec. 25.8.3: To allow four parking spaces where no more than 50% of the street line setback area shall be used for off street parking and to allow parking spaces in less than 15 ft. of street line and Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 7: Street line setback from 30 ft. to 17 ft. to remove and replace front porch within same footprint.

09/11 – 3. Nancy C. Brault, 1 Bishop Road, Var. Sec. 5.7: Enlargement of Non-Conformity; Sec. 25, Schd. B, Line 9: Side line setback (S) from 15 ft. to 3.6 ft. and 4.8 ft. (0.4 ft. existing) for one story additions and Line 11: Maximum coverage from 25% to 30% (28% existing). Also, Coastal Site Plan Review.
