1. To approve the minutes of October 1, 2008.
2. To consider, and if appropriate, approve a request from Edward Masotta, Public Works Director to waive the bid for the purchase of a backhoe from W.I. Clark.
3. To consider, and if appropriate, approve a request from Barbara Neal to waive the bid for professional services for monitoring of the revaluation and appraisal services.
4. To consider, and if appropriate, approve the Local Capital Improvement Plan (LOCIP) list.
5. To consider, and if appropriate, approve a request from the Town Engineer, to waive the bid for the replacement of the seawall and tide gates at Club Parkway.
6. To approve a request from the Friends of the Blackstone Library for an exemption as permitted by section 115-4 of the Code of the Town of Branford regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public area and allow beer and wine to be served at a “Thank You” party to be held on October 22, 2008 at the Canoe Brook Senior Center.
