To consider, and if appropriate, approve a request from Nancy Cohen, Activity Coordinator, Canoe Brook Senior Center, for an exemption as permitted by section 115-4 of the Code of the Town of Branford regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public area and allow beer and wine to be served at the following events:
Jumpin’ January Dinner Party January 21, 2009
Mardi Gras Dinner Party February 10, 2009
Spring has Sprung Dinner Party March 25, 2009
5. Green Use:
To approve a request from the Chabad Lubavitch of the Shoreline to place a Menorah on the Town Green from December 16, 2008 to January 2, 2009.
