There will be a meeting of Cosgrove Animal Shelter Commission, December 19, 2006 at 6:00 at the Branford Recreation Center, 46 Church St., Branford, CT
1. Guest Speaker Senator Ed Meyer
2. Consider any amendments to Special Meeting November 21, 2006 Minutes
3. View and, if appropriate select, letterhead for Commission from samples presented by Marilyn Vailette and Wendy Joyce.
4. To hear monthly Shelter Budget to be provided by Wendy Joyce
5. To review YTD tally sheets of shelter call logs and tally sheets of adopted animals provided by Wendy Joyce
6. To follow-up on last months meeting with regard to suggestions made to increase volunteers
7. To re-address what the additional costs will be to the Shelter provided an additional Cat Room is added
8. To consider the appointment of a sub-committee, and if recommended, to select members, for the purpose of fund raising for the Cat room addition
9. To follow-up to last months meeting with regard to suggestions for fund raising in general
10. To consider the appointment of a sub-committee, and if recommended, to select members, for the purpose of setting goals for the Animal Shelter
11. To discuss the pros and cons lists of appointing a Director for the animal shelter, which should be prepared in advance of this meeting by each member of the Commission
12. Development of a Budget for 2007/2008
